• Purpose: This machine is used to turn thick wire into thin wire

• Each mandrel is 10cm long
• Maximum wire thickness for inserting into mandrel hole is approximately 1.85mm

Instructions: 

• Screw the aluminium base to a work surface before use for sturdy precision jewellery work
• Insert wire into the hole in the mandrel
• Then, rotate the handle of the coil holder while feeding the wire onto the mandrel making sure that the coil is tight when working on this
• Using pliers you can cut the coils loose from the mandrel before screwing into the spring-loaded cutting base, we sell pliers here
• Lubricate the jump rings before cutting through them in the machine, we sell lubricating grease here
• Finally attach the cutting blade and hand piece cover to your large hand piece to provide an even cut through your jump rings
• Once cut, unscrew the coil holder to remove the finished jump rings
